AI Transformation Lead
Lead client engagements that translate AI opportunities into executable roadmaps. Work with founders and executives to define scope, identify quick wins, and align technology with business outcomes.
- 5+ years in consulting, product, or AI delivery
- Strong stakeholder communication and business modeling
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, and automation workflows
Financial Analyst
Own budgeting, forecasting, and project financial reporting. Support leadership with pricing models, margin analysis, and operational metrics as we scale across international projects.
- 3+ years in financial analysis or FP&A
- Proficiency in Excel / BI tools and financial modeling
- Experience with service or project-based businesses
Senior Full-Stack Developer
Build production web applications and internal platforms across React, TypeScript, and modern backend stacks. Own features end-to-end in close collaboration with product and AI teams.
- Strong React / TypeScript and one backend language
- Experience with cloud deployment and CI/CD
- Comfortable with AI integrations and API design
Senior Backend Engineer (Python / Go)
Design and implement scalable services, APIs, and data pipelines that power AI products and automation platforms. Focus on reliability, performance, and maintainability.
- Deep Python or Go experience
- API design, databases, and event-driven architecture
- Cloud-native mindset and infrastructure basics
AI / ML Engineer
Develop and deploy practical AI systems — RAG pipelines, agents, NLP workflows, and fine-tuned models. Translate research into products that run reliably in production.
- Experience with LLMs, embeddings, and vector stores
- Python and ML engineering fundamentals
- Comfortable shipping prototypes quickly and iterating
Cloud Infrastructure Engineer
Build and manage secure, scalable cloud environments across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Define infrastructure as code, observability, and cost-effective deployment patterns for client projects.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Terraform / Pulumi or equivalent IaC
- Monitoring, security, and CI/CD best practices
Frontend Developer (React / TypeScript)
Craft polished, accessible interfaces for dashboards, AI assistants, and client products. Work closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver cohesive user experiences.
- Strong React / TypeScript and modern CSS
- Eye for UI detail and accessibility basics
- Experience with data-heavy dashboards is a plus
Delivery / Project Manager
Keep projects on track, on scope, and aligned with client goals. Facilitate communication between engineering, design, and stakeholders while managing risk and timeline.
- 3+ years managing software or AI projects
- Clear communicator in English and Romanian/Russian
- Experience with agile delivery and client reporting
